I'm a semi-blind, monogamously Bi-sexual, (as well as Asexual and Demi-girl) , mixed race/blk, introvert, Artist (and r*pe victim / survivor) with an ESTJ and INFJ personality combined, from Trinidad and Tobago, (suffering from sever Clinical Depression, Anxiety, Trypophobia, and may have a certain level of ADHD and other Mental Health conditions), > who creates mostly SFW (safe for work only), Illustrative Content in either Hard Cell Shading (which is the use of solid colours) eg >

I've been drawing since 2003 ie for 18+ yrs of my life. (The first 10 to 12 traditionally and mostly offline, while in the remainder of time, I converted fully to Digital Media, after I joined University in 2013 to study animation and had full access to digital technology of international standards then.)

In all that time I've taught myself how to draw alot of things alone - despite having attended "Art School/ Art Classes" in the past, (and today I am still self learning/ experimenting and practicing cuz there's always something new to explore), but the most significant lessons for me were Anime/Manga Character Designing, Drawing real people as Portraits, and learning how to use Photoshop (in that order) - as these were the main genres I had to teach myself to get ahead in Art related stuff.

MY ART SKILLS

My Specialty/Main Skills in the Art Field are:

Manga Character Designing, (both original and fan art), drawing Still Life and Nature Illustrations, creating Beaded/Crystal Jewelry Crafts and making Abstract Art.

My Secondary Skills are:

Basic Comp Design (Graphics/Fancy Logo Designs), Drawing on Glass or wooden surfaces, creating Calligraphy, drawing Traditional/ Graphite or Digital Portraits, creating Vectored Works & Resources, drawing Mehindi/Henna Designs, designing Tattoos (coming soon), Traditionally painting with Acrylic paint, creating Caricature Art (comming soon), Furry OC Designs (comming soon), Gijinka Designs (returning soon), doing simple 2D Animations (comming back soon) and modeling objects in 3D.

TOOLS OF TRADE

For the Traditional Medium:

it's usually 8 x11 computer paper, pencils (including coloured and shading) and Faber Castell Markers, (but I also like using chalk & oil pastels, textured paper and gel pens too - both the glitter and non glitter kinds.) For non coloured illustrations, I use Fine Point Pens, Ball Points and the Faber Castell Fine Point, Ecco Pigment, Marker Pens.

I use the Sharpie brand for drawing on glass and other hard surfaces. (Recently in 2022, after my dad died, I started using Acrylic Paint to decorate wood-works with hand painted Floral designs and I'm enjoying the process so far.)

For Digital Medium I use:

Autodesk Maya (for 3D Modeling), Adobe Illustrator (to create linearts, make gradients and vector resources), and Photoshop (to edit and composite my lineworks, apply coloring and photo-manipulate textures if needed), via the use of my very old and malfunctioning Windows 8.1 Laptop XD, (now replaced in 2020 with my Acer Nitro), in combination with a Keyboard and Optical Mouse as my controls. For my Abstracts, I use a series of "Kids" Art Apps that can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store (that comes with Windows 8 and 10 Machines.)

Please note, that the Screens on my both my Laptops are tinted and specifically designed in mind for a person with eye sight problems like mine - (so ie if you are having some kind of issues, please adjust your screen's brightness/ contrast to suit. Thank you.)

2024 UPDATE:

> A.I. Image Generation - (for references on Character Compositions, Anatomy Poses, break downs on Lighting & Shadow Placement, as well as for Background Imagery and colour palettes and to design sub characters or throw away characters), will be now adapted into my Digital Production Pipeline for my Anime and Manga work.

As for my Hobbies: I enjoy digitally colouring people's Linearts eg>

As well as taking on Art Requests from time to time to, Practice/ keep my drawing skills sharp, build my Online Portfolio and for Therapeutic/ Mental Health Repair purposes - eg:

while on other occasions, I enjoy taking (amateur) Photography of things that look interesting to me in my country (either for still life illustration studies later on, just for the memories or to show "some" Americans, that my country isn't as " hut and canoe civilized" or as "tiny and insignificant/ it's small so life is easy" as they stereotype it to be) eg >

When I'm not doing either of these things, I watch non-commentary gameplays via Youtube (for research purposes), I view films and animations (also for research purposes & entertainment), build/decorate World spaces in Altspace VR, Beta Test websites or mobile apps (such as Curious Cat, Beacon, Bottled, Threads and more), Participate in AI Image Challenges via Threads or DeviantArt for fun and cope-ing therapy from the sudden loss of my dad (2022), and/or chill to music while:

-> Browsing through my Social Media for things I need to stay updated on (such as Covid, the status of my Country, the US etc) as well as answering Curious Cat Questions (occasionally.)

-> Blog posting abut my feelings & issues via my Therapy App, to help me manage my Mental Health and sanity levels.

-> Brainstorming ideas and writing them down via my (digital) Notepad & doing research for said ideas.

-> Reading DA User's Bios and going through their gallery (before communicating or badge trading with them if I'm online.)

-> Greeting Newbie Users to DA in my emoji patterned and art decored style.

-> Sending Birthday Wishes (also in my emoji patterned style.)

-> Responding to Llamas sent to me as requests to check out the sender's Art Works & resending those llamas in return when done.

-> Faving users Art Works (both during the Newbie Greeting Process and Llama Trading Process.)

These two are for feedback responses to "Thank yous" (about anything), basic compliments etc. Traditionally they used to be animated also, but Eclipse doesn't allow copy and paste emojis on Profiles, so I mostly stick with image I composited now, cuz I don't have the patience to manually type in each emoji, one by one all the time.... (Both styles were implemented in 2016/2017.)

and finally, this one is for people celebrating their Birthdays.

(The original didn't look like this, but with the Eclipse System in 2020, the design was re-vamped. The original version - which comprised of animated emojis - was implemented in 2014, at first with friends, and then integrated to include Users registered via the DA Birthday's Listings in 2017 in combination with my Gift Basket Project Concept at the time.)

New Decor Image (Feb 20th, 2022)

Had to make this for DA's Heart Badge trading that I decided to do in the final 10 days before the feature expires in March. (Was aiming to collect about 30 to 35 hearts for personal reasons), but the Decor Image is mostly to help me remember and clear off notifications of those whom I returned badges to, cuz my bronchitis now affects my sleep process, and lack of sleep means lack of concentration

Plus the badge is glitching alittle lately in my badge activity records, (where I can't see who I sent badges to), so the Decor Image helps me keep track.

My work isn't the best in the world, BUT my purpose with Art (in regards to my personal works, personal fan-arts, freebies, replication experiments, digital colourings etc) is mostly a therapeutic kind (for my mental health.)

All I want to do is draw all the things I've always imagined/ thought about, dreamt about and viewed from my perspectives - irregardless of the work's accuracy, mistakes, style, quality or similarity to someone eles's work etc, - (because I never really got the opportunity in my younger yrs.) Drawing (in a nut shell for me), is my way of expressing myself and my escapism, (for things like dealing with trauma from abusive, irl situations, and the deaths of friends & family members.)

I originally joined Deviantart, (by invitation from a daughter of a DreamWorks employee in 2008/2009) to share my works globally with my fans, friends and family, via the use of Social Media - (as most of them reside and/ or work outside of Trinidad & Tobago).

-> OR you're offended my that my Comments Sections aren't for critiques, hate/ verbal abuse/attacks, spam etc, or to display your nsfw/porn art on, and you think I should turn them off off just cuz "you're not getting your way" with me etc,

-> OR you're the "TLDR" kinda person who complains that my Descriptions under my work or that my Bio is "too long/ worded/ preachy?" and "seems unprofessional" so you need me to "change it",

-> OR you're the kind of person (like the one described in my Journal "Anime Troll on the Loose") who gets offended/ triggered at my comments - the way I word things/write/speak - (especially if you get offended on someone else's behalf and I nor the other person, never contacted you in the first place nor requested Social Justice Warriorism to be done) and/or you turn around to use (weaponize) autism, depression, religion etc as your "excuse" for why I should give you "extra special (karen) privileges"/ demand I be "nicer" to you, (whilst at the same time you further disrespect me by doing (any) calls outs/propaganda posting, group discussion gossip, comment spamming me with insults either via mentions, unauthorized art tagging (using my work) etc or block evading and comming at me on my profile with another account etc with "I'm outraged" sentiments and demands - particularly for blocking you after responding to your original "I'm offended" comment), DMing my followers to spread propaganda,

- > OR If you're the kind of person who likes to block evade (multiple times with various accounts which breaks DA's rules) to comment/ message me your response back, (after I've blocked you for being rude/ disrespectful to me in the first place - especially on my profile,

- > OR (this also breaks DA's Rule) - you made an account to specifically target me or others for reasons (such as you're offended at Anime/Manga Artist, you're offended at Artists for drawing black/ brown skinned humanoid concepts, you're looking to "police" people you suspect (with no evidence) as being "bad" or "Art Thieves" and people you assume "traced" art - even if the person has proof they didn't, You try to engage in chat with people with hostile intent and attack them for ignoring/ blocking you, etc),

--> OR you hate/dislike bright and/or colourful art, or just hate my version of bright/colourful works,

-> OR you're the kind of person who gets triggered by Emoji Decor greetings/ notifications such as those listed above in Hobbies and/or insistently mistake me being nice to you as "spam"/ "seeking art attention" - (enough to angrily DM me - instead of using the delete button or hide function or ignoring me),

-> OR you're the type who has a habit of saying things eg "people who don't like getting critiques are childish/act like children", (yet you're between the ages of 13 to 25 usually, just got out of Highschool, just joined the app in a yr or less and your Art doesn't look like the quality of what professional Creatives eg Artgerm, Sakimichan, Yummei, K-koji, Tsao-shin, Ellisium, Ryky etc produce), the creative you target is much old than you, & you can't grasp the concept that people around the world (individually) have different life ideologies and boundaries than you and your friends do ie can't show mutual respect,

-> OR you're the type of person who has a viewpoint of "She's using her Depression to deny critiques" and/or gets offended/outraged that I tell you to "be considerate next time" after I blocked you, (as the take away lesson for how you should treat other users on DA),

-> OR you have this mindset that critiquing is 100% acceptable & mandatory to all 7 billion people on earth, just cuz SOME Artists you interacted with, allowed you the priveldge to complain/opinionate or chose not to respond to your comment, (completely disregarding that everybody in the world grew up in different cultures etc than your own & ie have different values, experiences, morals, life/social understandings etc),

- then please IMMEDIATELY ignore or Block my account before contacting me in any way.

(( cccuzzz sorry/not sorry, I just don't the have time or energy for you or your "karen-esque" bs and I ain't into drama - mostly cuz I'm very happy/ satisfied atm with my work's qualities (old or new) and I am not afraid of fighting back to stand up for my human rights, nor am I afraid of reporting you to the Staff on ANY website either if you contact me in any way with malicious intent.

And if I greet you but my art is attached, just know they're just decoration.

It's not there to "beg you" for likes/ attention, followers or whatever messed up ideas you want to attack me with. (If attention was my aim, I wouldn't use Dawn or Candy or any of my Gift Basket Project Freebies meant to spread positivity (and that is open to all to collect/ download and use for personal needs if they want to), nor use my most popular works to do it. In short - I don't give a f**k much for "likes"/favs." (Just saying) That had never been why I do my Art nor was it the reason/motivation I decided to make freebies to give back to the community > so please stop trying to brand me with such nonsense - just cuz you have "issues".

If you're vex (for whatever reason - such as at what I just wrote), then - again, I encourage you to block me, learn to practice some Wabi Sabi if you're feeling too outraged, and move on.))

-> If your complaint is that my art isn't good enough/ isn't perfect enough (to your standards) EG - "your work has anatomy issues/ colour issues", "your hands look weird/ are too small" (as if imbalanced anatomy doesn't exist), "some of your work is too bright/ too dull", "only some work is neon", "your lines are too thick/ too thin" etc,

-> OR you troll me with classic "Karen" comebacks such as : "youre rude", "ur art is shit", "ur colouring is horrible", "your art is inconsistent" - (whatever the f**k that even means), "study anatomy", "u have an ego"/ "you're not a professional", "learn about lighting", "maybe that's why your work sucks", "you'll never improve without critiques", "go to art school/ art class", "ur colouring hurts my eyes", "you act like a child/ you act like you're 13 or 14 yrs old" , "crawl back to the dingy corner of the internet where you came from" or send me death threats, hate messages about my family and friends being "whores" etc - all in an attempt to shame me, defame or degrade my character and undermine my mental health - especially if you sugar coat your comments with "I like this/ that and it looks great.... BUT..." or you say something along the lines like ..." if you're looking/ hoping to improve" or "even a cook knows burnt food when they see it" - then please:

I DO invite you to create/ colour your own version of my work, to satisfy your issues, inputting your "corrections" in your version - ESPECIALLY if your work looks like the egs (shown below) and you still insist on commenting/ complaining -

If not - then block me and move on with your life.

((Do NOT - under any circumstances/reasons, try to justify, defend, nor validate your idea of "free speech" (such as the praises listed above) as "criticism" especially when targeting my old works and treating me as if I'm stupid, nor make assumptions about my works - cuz what you have to say ain't critiques and are definitely NOT helpful.

Personally to me 1) if you draw like the examples (shown above), and you get mad when I tell you to "take your own advice" before commenting at me, or you get bitter/salty that you didn't get an automated "thank you" response (because you're trying to brand me as being responsible with your voluntary, negative choices on how you chose to spend your time), and/or 2) you're not the client/ requester who contacted me with specification on how they wanted their work be done for them in my Art Style, and/or 3) you won't do my challenge/ get mad at me when I advise you to go draw it if you don't like my version and still complain, OR 4) you initiate first contact randomly, staring bs drama and acting as if my online profile is "your property" that you can walk all over on, when I never contacted you in the first place > then considering all these factors - you have NO business going around telling people - (including me), what you think "should be improved" (especially about anatomy or colouring) - irregardless of freedom of speech, if it's the internet or that if you're a "potential client"/ someone "offering help" - (or whatever other excuse you want to give to continue to be a "Karen"/ Ken." The world of 7 billion people doesn't revolve around your entitlement or your idea of what critiques are or the value of such words. In addition, you can't be drawing poorly, and then come pretending that you're a grandmaster expert in an Art or a Style that you do not make yourself.

Not saying all creatives who draw poorly are bad people. I'm specifically talking about the "karen/ken" types who make the Art Community unbareable toxic on purpose by trolling and playing vicitm to get you to excuse their behaviour.))

And I'm sorry to say this, but at the end of the day - I nor my work is for everybody - due to differences in tastes , so I don't and never have expected everyone to enjoy my work or in the same way I would, nor at all for some - (hence the reason why I encourage blocking me without contacting me, if you have a problem). Trying to force/ bully me to conform to your ideas and insisting on it, by mocking me or insulting my intelligence, (especially when you're not positively supporting nor paying me to work) - including when you insist that I "tolerate"/ accept you - not only breaks DA Ethics rules, but it not constructive.

I'm aware that some would point out that when I respond back to the "karens/kens" who leave trash messages on my account (anywhere) or engage in propaganda behaviour that they're quick to claim that I "broke rules" - that I'm the aggressive/rude one, that I'm oppressing "free speech", that I'm a hypocrite - but here's where you're wrong. Even though DA Staff might not like my methods of how I take matters into my own hands when dealing with toxic users, I still have a constitutional right to defend my human rights & block, when some random stranger waltz onto my profile with inappropriate behaviour, (as my account is my personal space on the site) - (especially when I grew up in a culture and country where you're taught that once you're an adult, you handle things on your own usually, rather than run to anybody for help, unless absolutely nessecary.)

You can't attack people, not expect retaliation & consequences to happen and then play victim, blaming me - a blk lgbt person for drama you started. Wouldn't have to respond either if you didn't come at me first and with bs. So check yuhself before yuh wreck yuhself!

Also - in case y'all didn't know: actual professionals in the Industry do NOT sit around being online all day to "critique", debate nor argue with someone about their work, (UNLESS personally asked or paid to do such) -and they certainly don't force their views onto others out of the blue, so please kindly refrain from being an ahole and/or, making excuses to force others to accept your bs behavior, or weaponzing excuses when you don't get what you want from someone - especially when people stand up against you (eg calling people "children" when they deny critiques, yet you the "critic" itself is 13 to 25 yrs old and often younger than those receiving the critique, and you get mad that people reject your "critiques.")

Additionally to me, Art is Subjective. The concept of "perfectionism" doesn't exist as both subjects vary per individual's taste (artists and consumers/viewers alike), not everyone makes and posts art for the same reasons, nor is everybody here for "entertainment" and there are many ways to produce a piece of work. It doesn't have to be done "your way", or done in the "one way" that you consider is the "ultimate/ right way." (Human Anatomy is also Subjective aka not perfect in real life either - nor is every aspect of it as important as you deem it to be - such as a person's genitals.) If it was, then people wouldn't be using Photoshop, Makeup or be doing Plastic Surgery nor be on IG taking selfies at angles, or be using filters - so if you don't mind, stop asking me to draw shit that doesn't exist please - Thanks. If you can't stand to see flaws (like small hands, eyes that don't look quiet right, small heads on big bodies, boobs being bigger than head and shoulders etc), then that's your problem. Learn how genetics works and stop making your issues & insecurities mine to deal with.)

At the end of the day, I'm not drawing my personal content to please just you (the one of two complainers), I'm not gonna change me entire work style, personality, brain/eye/ body function nor my bio/art description panel to suit just you neither - (such as those who prefer "realism" over what I produce or people who think a blind person should work the same as one who isn't etc), and I ain't gonna stress myself out mentally just to "debate/ prove" anything to you nor tolerate your negativity - especially when this site alone is home to 42 million other users, (ie you have options to follow people who do produce your preferences of content, so there is NO need for you to attack me if I don't suit your tastes/ "standards" or ideologies. I'm also not gonna change my entire cultural upbringing/ "way I speak" at you either - just because you felt offended or uncomfortable or felt the need to try shame me for my "Caribbean-ness" as a mixed race/black woman. Stop being racist, subjecting me to "white" standards of behavior, and learn about other people's culture - cuz enough is enough! If you randomly pop up on my Social Media, insult me/ my intelligence, my work, my friends & family etc, then expect to get the same hateful, rude treatment back that you gave to me.)

Bottom Line is - my mental health maintenance comes first.

If you're vex for that and can't respect my stance, boundaries, values etc, well too bad.

You cannot force me to engage with, nor tolerate something that isn't mentally conducive nor constructive to me or my well being - especially if the intention is to manipulate me to be someone I am not, just for your comfort or control.

Also - if you have nothing good to say, then don't come here to start bullshit drama, and then play the victim like some "Karen" after I give you a piece of my mind - Trini Style. As Will Smith said in MIB - "Don't start nothin' Won't be Nothin") If you're vex for that too, well you can hull yuh ass too (as we say here in Trinidad), cuz I'm not here to "babysit" people or be your teacher/ mommy or whatever. If you looking for "Karen Privileges", better go somewhere else yo. I don't play those games. If you're on my Profile, consider yuh ass grown, and take responsibility for what you say and do, instead of blaming me for shit you chose to initiate.

And for those "outta context people" - if read all this and you think I'm trying to ask people for a "safe space"/ "echo chamber", then you my friend, have missed the point.

If you assume that I'm branding people who draw a certain way, you still missed the point there too, (cuz in the example I provided, those are 10 real Users on DA - most of them adults - who attacked/ bully me in 2017 with things like my "anatomy sucks", "your drawings suck", "draw realism", "you have an ego". "I can't consider your art anime cuz of what I've seen on google" etc or got mad at me for speaking about my personal life experiences openly, or for defending my rights, just cuz I happen to also draw the Anime/Manga style and I didn't agree with their views on several things in Art or in real life - since I tend to speak from personal experience, rather than on "hearsay"/ stereotypes of what Popular Artists or Tutors say/ believe/ re-enforce - especially if it's outdated concepts not fit for 2020 life.

And also as you can see, none of them specialize in ANY of the work that I do, nor do they bother to take time to work on their content to make it better - even though some of them have been here since 2014. They don't even take and apply the same advice they give out to people freely either as "critiques", onto their work to say "yes this is true" and have anything to back them up. So the point is, I'm not a fan of hypocrisy or the condescending, two faced entitlement attitude - especially when they try to normalize bullying creatives who draw the Anime/Manga style (disregarding anything else the Artist does.) You can't draw like the samples I showed, and then tell me that my anatomy sucks or say that I have an ego etc, when you ARE exactly what you're trying to label others as, whilst demanding to be respected by the person you're labeling and bullying. I don't do "Karen logic.")

And finally if you're thinking that I don't take critiques ever because you think, that I think my work is "perfect" - that's also not true. (I do accept criticism, but I have very high standards for them and from whom I get them from. If you draw like a 2 yr old and talk/type alot everyday but don't draw much - like the 10 users I showcased above - you can't expect me to take you seriously for anything you have to say - sorry. Additionally, I am my own worst critic to my work - [ because that was how I was trained to be in my Art/Animation Education] ie I don't really require additional outsiders that much, to tell me what's wrong with my work. Whatever you think is "wrong", I most likely had already took note of it before and damaged my own mental health further by fussing over it silently - [hence the reason why professional Animators, Artists etc from the US Industry - when they run into me - they try to be more encouraging.] )

Irregardless of these things though, due to the nature of the world today being the "enrage to engage" type, all I am asking is for people (who visit my Social Media Platforms) to be considerate and THINK/ apply logic/common sense before messaging me for any reason - especially if the intentions are malicious (and even more when I'm being nice to you, but you get triggered.)

If you can't be respectful, then, again - please feel free to block me and move on with life.

As for my goal with my Art - It used to be where I wanted to be one of the Artists who can literally draw anything (and produce my own Anime/Manga content - maybe even take it as far as to opening my own Anime and Manga Studio in Trinidad itself eventually), but since I'm nearing the goal of being able to draw almost anything, my next goal (currently) is to finish my Manga drawings and Comics (from 12 to 15 yrs ago) AND to (as usual), piss off people (like the art karens and kens and art purist police), at the same time by proving just how dead wrong they are about everything they believe in or think.

(( I say this cuz I'm tired of seeing people in the Anime/Manga, Fanart AND General Art Community Groups on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Tumblr, Threads, etc being mis-formed about their work from someone else - (who also happens to be mis-informed too), and they feel discouraged from continuing to create work, simply cuz of the mis-information they received >

like the time when some "moo-moo" told this lady that she's "not an Artist" and that "Abstract Art isn't Art because it" was "too colourful",

or the time when someone told another lady that Liquid Pouring/ Fluid Art "wasn't Abstract Art",

or the other few times someone told some creatives that "Photography isn't Art",

or the many times people tell Artists that drawing something is devil work, that we should "get a real job" etc,

or the times when people attack Artists for not making Fanart in the exact way as the show (eg when people attacked silverjow_art via Twitter for "cultural accuracy" over her version of Sailor Moon, where she used her Sister as anatomy reference and inspiration, or when people attacked Gashi-Gashi for drawing Garnet from Steven Universe as a "white girl" or the incident with Paige Paz (aka Zamii070) and their Steve Universe Fanart, where people via tumblr constantly cyber bullied till she attempted suicide (and even after the hospital trip and police getting involved to do take downs irl - people still kept attacking her online for no reason), or the debate/ Twitter war about Nessa's (from Pokemon) skin colour or several professional Japanese and Korean Anime/Manga Artists (including a guy who created detailed "How to Draw" Manga tutorials) getting bullied off Twitter - just cuz (untalented American "karens/kens) disliked their high quality works in the Manga medium, or the pointless debates about Anime being "Cartoons for Kids that have no good Storyline" or that the art is trash and a multitude of other bs incidents - (There's ALWAYS Something) - that disenfranchises and stereotype a mass group of creators (including Animators who work hard to make the content we see in Media everyday or use as entertainment etc.)

It's 2020 and I find problems like these should not still be happening. (I took a break from the Internet for a couple of yrs - thinking maybe pple would grow up or re-evaluate their lives or get in touch with reality after the Pandemic. The karens and kens from twitter didn't. They seem to think that subjecting people to hate and trauma "builds character" when it doesn't or they think this will get them lot of attention and sales when it doesn't.)

The newest issues now are debates about weither blk pple should be seen in the Anime/Manga genre <.< Didn't care for it much (cuz in my country the Afro Community is quite racist in my opinion, clinging to issues that are NOT their own, and I'm not for that shit cuz I was never raised to be racist or supremist for one ethnic group) > & then I saw some blk guy idiot attack Artist Thumin for drawing herself as a dark skin Sailor Moon and Kiki (from Kiki's Delivery Service) and then I saw pple attacking Genshin Impact for making a blk OC - exposing me to the trauma where haters were "colourwashing" FICTIONAL CHARACTERS... (like WHAT!?) or changing their physical features in "Fixed it" trends, and then later I saw this Asian girl on Tiktok doing African hair styles and calling herself "better than blk pple" (who's style she stole from.)

Like.... I don't have a problem if u want to emulate a hair style. It's just hair, but to say you're better than someone after u took their physical features- not understanding why pple are forced to do the whole "straight hair get up" in a white world.... Nnnnnnaaawww.

That shit got under my skin so much I ended up creating a few blk OCs - whom you'll see out and about in my Artwork soon, with all my new drawings comming.

And AI Generative Images are now an issue too. The same kind of karens and kens I had to deal with through out my years when I was avidly drawing Manga OC Art - I noticed are the same kinds of pple, (mostly white between the age of 16 to 29 mostly, who can't draw well or can't draw at all, mainly traditionalists and tend to side with whomever feeds into their hate rhetoric - some doing fanart or stealing other pple's IP Content), going online trashing AI and AI users - (which included Artists, Animators etc and Companies like Disney, Marvel, Toei, WIT Studio, Konami, Square Enix etc who decided to use AI), saying stuff like "AI isn't art/ real art", "AI steals Art", "AI steals styles, compositions" etc, "AI violates copyright", "AI images are soul-less and those who use it are inhuman, uncreative, untalented and should kill themselves". "Pick up an pencil and paper and draw instead." (But yet if you challenge their logic or ask them for evidence to back up their claims, they insult you, troll you or block u cuz you don't fit their self centered narrative.)

I personally would never side with the anti AI crowd, cuz I know what their hate was like when I was drawing Anime/Manga (weither it be traditionally or digitally) and I grew up in a time where pple would bash you for using a mobile phone for do Photography, or if you drew Digitally or would try to manipulate you to draw with a tablet or draw what karens & kens approve of, instead of encouraging you to be yourself > it's the same hate and trauma they are spewing, but now for AI (and anything else new in Science and Tech that comes along.) I call em the "make art great again" crowd - cuz their purist logic through out the last 20 yrs is just as insane as trump supporters and q-anon cultists.

So with all that - I want to take a stand to help fight karenism nonsense, using both my ability to type/text and my Artwork - despite my deteriorating health, cuz I find that these people's negative behaviors are getting way out of hand now. They don't seem to care about whom they hurt - even if its pple from their own Art/ Creative Communities and that bothers me alot.
